Bulldog Problems: Is It Housebreaking Or Rift Concern?

I adopted Sophie, a 3-year age 60-lb female English Bulldog, four months ago.
The complication is twofold–one, she pees in the dwelling-place (and every now poops, too), and two, being an incredibly robust dog, she handily butts her procedure into the open air of ANY crate, from airline-style to an all-metal crate (and I plane wired the latches fasten, and strapped the crate to slider door handles!). I’ve tried leaving her in an enclosed spaciousness, but she busts up the whole in the latitude in an endeavour to pick up to a window (not a door!). She does maintain a urinary territory infection, and is on her third week of antibiotics to medicine it. She barely drinks any H. She’s enchanted outdoors twice in the morning, a neighbor takes her in in the mid of the daytime, and she goes outside twice in the evening. She has a exceedingly sugary personality, and is absolutely afraid nearby being sinistral solo.

P.S. Forgot to mention–evenings, weekends, or anytime I, or a crony, or any mortal being is with her, she’s superior, and doesn’t pee in the dwelling-place.
